We are sometimes out on the road so we can safely say that normally we will reply within 24hours.
Here are some guidelines when making a reservation.
Prices
The prices are displayed on the pages of each house and are shown in Euros per night per cottage unless there is a special offer that will otherwise be noted on the pricing panel.
Payment Process
Once you have confirmed your reservation to us - we will send you a booking confirmation form.
This will show details of your booking with us and further details for your chosen method of payment.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is payable at the time of booking.
We then require final payment 56 days before arrival.
If the booking is made inside 56 days before arrival, the full amount will be payable at time of booking.
Once any payment has been received by us, we will send you an e-receipt.
Once the full balance has been received we will also send detailed driving instructions from your chosen airport or port of arrival.
Payments can be made in the following ways:
1. Credit Card: Credit Card payments will be processed in Euros and are subject to a 2% commission charge. This charge is a banking charge and we do not hide it inside the prices. If you are not paying by credit card - you do not pay the charge.
2. Euro Bank transfers: We will provide our Greek Euro account details if you prefer to pay by this method.
3. UK Sterling Bank Transfer: We will provide our UK sterling account details if you prefer to pay by this method. We use the exchange rate of the day to calculate the cost in sterling and this is done by using www.xe.com
Cancellations
If a booking or part booking is cancelled by you, we must receive written advice of this cancellation where possible by the person with the lead name and the following cancellation charges will apply which will be debited :
